Ingredients for 15 pieces
Peel the potatoes, dice it, and cook it in salted water until becomes tender. Pour the water off of it, and immediately mash them with a potato print. Pour milk and sour cream in it. The mixture is transferred to the bread machine (if not, then in a larger bowl ) , put 0.5 dl oil , 2 teaspoons of salt , 1 teaspoon of sugar , the flour and the yeast in it. Set a 1.5 hours mixing , leavening program (or knead it until becomes smooth, soft , and let it rise to double in a warm place).
When risen, pour some oil into a tray, and put the dough on it and divided it with oily hands and knife.
In a higher pan heat at least 1 liter oil, and with oily hands take a dose, shape it and then put into the oil and with a clip immediately press a little under oil (from this immediately blisters), then bake it on each side for a few minutes.
Mix the sour cream with crushed garlic and a little salt, and put this dressing on the ready scone.
