- 800 g chicken breast
- 450g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons of flour
- 4 garlic cloves
- grounded black pepper
- Cut the chicken breasts into slices, season with salt, pepper.
- Mix the sour cream with the eggs, 3 spoons of flour, garlic, ramsons or chives and parsley, and add salt to it.
- The salted chicken breasts are rotated into the flour, then in the sauce and fry them in oil on medium heat.
